1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at encantopoolservice.com or engaging Encanto Pool Service LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for pool cleaning and maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Encanto Pool Service provides residential pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment checks, and algae treatment services in Hillsborough and Manatee counties, Florida. Specific services, pricing, and schedules are agreed upon between the customer and Encanto Pool Service prior to the start of service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to the customer.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the pool area on scheduled service days. This includes:

• Unlocking gates or providing access codes as needed
• Securing pets prior to our arrival
• Notifying us of any hazards or special conditions on the property

If access is not available on a scheduled service day, we may not be able to complete the service for that visit. Missed visits due to access issues may still be billed at the standard service rate.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee
• We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances

5. Cancellations and Changes

Customers wishing to cancel or modify recurring service should provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule service visits due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Encanto Pool Service is fully licensed and insured. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to pool equipment, surfaces, or surrounding property
• We are not liable for damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather events, equipment failure unrelated to our services, or improper use of the pool
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

7. Warranty and Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. This satisfaction commitment applies to the quality of our cleaning and maintenance work and does not cover pre-existing equipment failures or conditions beyond our control.

8. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the website
